Brand new - it was new and modern. Prefer bathrooms now without shower curtains and this one had was a modern shower with a glass sliding door. We got a ‘suite’ and it was a good size for the 4 nights we stayed - bathroom was a good size as well as the room. And Breakfast was decent. Husband loved the waffles Staff was very nice and friendly. No issues there.

The breakfast choices were awesome. We were able to find multiple items to choose from each morning including a lot of fresh fruit, fresh coffee and tea, cold and hot breakfast items. Awesome!

As soon as you walk in the lobby from outside you're greeted with the greatest smell ever. 😊 That same cleanliness smell and look applies throughout the whole entire hotel. There wasn't even a leaf in the pool!

Breakfast was good. They had multiple things for multiple days. It was a server on your own. There was no limit to what we were able to get. The time that breakfast started and finish was also very good. Starting at 6:30am and finishing at 10:00am.

The beds are incredibly comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. Maybe there could be more variety in breakfast but still very good. If I come to West Palm beach again, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Everything was wonderful. This is the first hotel I ever stayed where everything was marvelous ✨️ especially the cleanest I will 💯 percent b back again keep up the excellent job 👏
